Lamb meat balls

Too good the lamb with its slight taste of mint ... a recipe to discover as early as 18 months.


  • For 2 plates:
  • 100 g minced lamb
  • 1 potato
  • 1 mint leaf 1 small onion
  • 1 tip of cumin
  • olive oil salt
  • pepper.


Cook the potato with water, in its skin. Chop the onion and sauté it in a spoonful of oil. Peel the potato and crush it with a fork. Mix the chopped lamb, potato, onion, caraway and chopped mint. Form small balls and cook them in a pan with a little olive oil. Serve with chopped salad and diced tomato.
