Scrambled eggs with tomato

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 4 c. tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 C. coffee of rapeseed oil
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 3 sprigs of chives
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash the onion and chives. Boil the tomato and peel it. Cut his flesh into cubes. Peel the onion and slice it. Chop the chives.
Blanch the onion in a pan with the rapeseed oil. Add the tomato dice.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the fork with the milk, the chives, a pinch of pepper and salt.
Melt the butter in the pan and add the beaten egg and vegetables. Mix as you cook to get a scramble.
