Beef sauteed with bamboo shoots

Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements.


  • For 4 people :
  • 400 g steak cut into strips
  • 220 g canned bamboo shoots
  • 8 small onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. of nuoc-mâm
  • 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1 handful of sesame seeds
  • 1 C. oil soup


Brown meat strips in oil for 1 minute and set aside on a plate. In their place, put to brown the bamboo shoots dripped. Add garlic, onions and nuoc-mâm and cook for another 5 minutes stirring. Return the meat for 1 minute, sprinkle with sesame and serve with rice.
