Cod with leek fondue

A family recipe that has the advantage of being good for your pregnancy! On the menu, cod, a lean fish full of iron and selenium, and leeks, rich in folate (or vitamin B9).


For 6 persons :

  • 6 cod pavers
  • 2 leeks
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 stalks of chervil
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper


Peel and wash the leeks, then cut them into beveled pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add leeks and sweat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Salt, pepper. Lower the heat to a minimum and cook slowly for about 20 minutes. Pour the flour into a deep plate and past the cod pavers. Melt the butter in a large skillet and place the cod paté on it. Cook for 6 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper. Once cooked, put the cod patties on the plates, add the leek fondue and serve.
