A tasty cake with ham and goat cheese that will delight your gourmands served with a small salad.
For 4 people:
- 100 g of raw ham
- 15 pitted black olives
- 3 eggs
- 15 cl of semi skimmed milk
- 100 g of Charolais
- 80 g half-salted butter
- 250g of flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- flower of salt
- mill pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
Cut the raw ham into thin strips and finely chop the olives.
Cut the Charolais into cubes.
Just melt the butter.
In a bowl, break and place the eggs, beat them omelette, add the flour and yeast. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Let stand 5 minutes. Add the cubes of cheese, ham and olives. Mix gently. Transfer the contents of the salad bowl into a cake tin.
Bake and cook for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool.
Cut into equal slices, sprinkle with fleur de sel and enjoy!
