The carrot cake, a mine of benefits at tea time! Discover our easy recipe with its vitamin juice. What a good look!
For 4 desserts:
- 150 g of sugar
- 300 g grated carrot
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 250 g of almond powder
- 60 g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 half sachet of baking powder
- 1 mixture of carrot juice and orange juice
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, then grate the carrots, break the eggs and separate the whites. Whip the yolks with the sugar then add the sifted flour yeast, almond powder, walnuts, grated carrot, lemon zest and its juice.
After having whipped up the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add them to the mixture, pour the dough into a buttered mold.
After 30 minutes of cooking, unmold the cake and allow it to cool. Cut it into slices and cut a hole in the cookie cutter.
Place a glass filled with mixed juice, put a cake of cake over it: it's ready!
