Do not sulk your pleasure with this delicious dessert! Chocolate cake pops, fresh cheese and salted butter that will make you melt with pleasure
For 24 cake pops
- 20 g of butter
- 20 g salted butter
- 50 g of chocolate 64%
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg
- 40 g caster sugar
- ¼ sachet of yeast
- 15 g of blond vergeoise
- 1 C. tablespoon icing sugar
- 60 g Philadelphia fresh cheese
- Pistachio chips
- Shards of praline
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, rotating heat. Melt butters and chocolate in a bain-marie. Meanwhile, sift the flour.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and powdered sugar. When you have obtained a frothy consistency, add the chocolate, flour, yeast and vergeoise.
Beat the egg white in the snow and gently add it to the mixture. Pour into a small buttered baking tin and cook for 30 minutes.
Divide the pistachios and praline into two soup plates.
Unmould the cake and let cool.
Crumble the cake in a salad bowl, add the icing sugar and the cream cheese. Mix with your fingertips and form balls of uniform size. Roll with the palm of your hands in one or the other plate. Plant the lollipop sticks in the center and place the balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
