Delicious canapés that are eaten with your fingers ... a happiness!
1 sliced gingerbread
250 g of roquefort cheese
50 g of butter.
Untie the slices of the gingerbread. In a deep plate, crush with the fork softened butter with blue cheese. Spread 1 slice of gingerbread, then place over an unslabelled slice. Press lightly. Continue in the same way until all the ingredients are gone. Wrap everything in cling film and place 24 hours cool. The next day, cut each sandwich into two triangles and serve.
