Cassolette of sweet potatoes and red mullet (kersauson)

Beautiful to see and good to eat because the red mullet, which is a strong fish in taste, blends perfectly with the almost sweet taste of sweet potato. A real awakening of your child's taste buds! PS: Valid recipe also for parents!

  • - Sweet potatoes
  • - a mullet (or other fish)
  • - parsley

I peel and steam (preferably) sweet potatoes. I crush or mix them according to the age of the child. Same operation for red mullet (or another fish). Then I take a small bowl or a ramekin or a glass low enough, I put first fish and then sweet potatoes. I spill on the baby's plate and sprinkle some leaves of parsley, and that's it!
