Roasted chaource with cherry jam

Here is an original recipe for cheese lovers. Chaource, a delicious soft whole cow's milk cheese, blends with black cherry jam. A delight!


  • 1 chaource not too much
  • 1/2 pot of black cherry jam Bonne Maman
  • A mixture of seeds (poppy, sunflower, bread sprout)
  • Rocket leaves


Cut the cheese in half and brush the middle with black cherry jam.
Close the cheese and roast in the oven for 35 minutes at 210 ° C.
On leaving the oven, sprinkle the top of the seeds.
Serve with the arugula.
