Make original crêpes, with pretty zebra and garnished with pears and chocolate! A real treat to taste it.
- 4 glasses of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 glasses of flour flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 cc cocoa powder
- 3 pears
- Pat of butter
- 75 g chocolate
- 5 cl milk
- 5 cl whole cream
Prepare the pancake batter:
In a bowl, pour a glass of milk, add the 3 eggs, the 2 glasses of flour and the pinch of salt. Mix well. Add the second glass of milk. Mix. Then the third glass of milk, mix and finally the fourth glass. Mix a little more. Cover with a cling film and allow time to prepare the filling.
Prepare the filling:
Peel and seed 2 pears and cut into small cubes. Make them come back for a few minutes in a pan with a knob of butter.
Prepare the chocolate sauce:
Boil the milk and cream. Pour them boiling over the broken chocolate into small pieces. Cover and let the chocolate melt. Then mix gently until the sauce becomes smooth.
Cook the striped pancakes:
Once the garnish is ready, take a ladle of pancake batter. Pour into a small bowl and add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
Heat a crepe maker (a pancake pan what!). Grease it with a little oil. When the pan is hot, pour a ladle of pancake batter and immediately trace chocolate stripes over it with a spoon soaked in the chocolate pancake batter. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Arrange 4 pancakes striped in 4 plates striped against the plates. Sprinkle the center of the pancake with cubes of pear, pour over a little chocolate sauce and roll the pancake. Do the same on each plate. Serve immediately with whipped cream for the most greedy.
