Duo surimi and black radish

An original recipe to discover as soon as possible!

Ingredients:

  • 180 g grated or crumbled surimi
  • 2 black radishes
  • 50 g crushed almonds
  • 15 g chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 pinch of 4 spices
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon.
  • For the sauce:
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • the juice of 1 lemon. 30 g dill
  • 10 cl of coconut milk
  • 5 c. of water.

Preparation:

Prepare the dough: mix 50 g of surimi + coconut milk + ginger + minced garlic + 4 spices. Pour into a bowl and mix with the rest of the surimi, almonds, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Knead this dough into balls as big as nuts and roll them into radish filaments. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce. Serve these duets with sauce.
