  • 1 small artichoke or 1 frozen artichoke base of 100 g
  • 80 g of 40% cream cheese + 1 tbsp. for the decor
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt


Wash the artichoke, cut its stem and leaves over half its height. Lemon the cut part. Cook it for 30 minutes steaming. If it is a frozen bottom, cook for 30 minutes in a pan of slightly salted boiling water and drain. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (6-7). Pass the cooked bottom in the blender. Mix the puree obtained with the egg and cottage cheese. Pour into a small mold. Place it in a dish filled with very hot water and put it all in the oven for 20 minutes in a bain-marie. Keep warm, decorated with a small piece of fromage blanc.
