  • For 2 blanks:
  • 80 g of salmon
  • 80 g of zucchini
  • 80 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. coffee oil
  • 1 pinch of salt.


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (6/7). Wash the zucchini. Grate it and immerse it for 1 min in boiling salted water. Drain well. Cut the salmon into small cubes and cook for 2 minutes steaming. Mix with the cottage cheese and the egg. Add the salmon and zucchini and pour into a lightly oiled ramekin. Put it in a dish half filled with boiling water and bake for 20 minutes cooking in a bain-marie.
