Crepe flowers

Too cute, these flowers pancakes! And too good too. An idea for an original dessert and greedy wish.

Ingredients:

  • For about 20 crepe flowers:
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 300 g Ebly Flour Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 C. liquid vanilla flavoring
  • For the decoration:
  • Whipped cream
  • 20 raspberries
  • Icing sugar

Preparation:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Mix the milk with the flour. Add the egg yolks, sugar, yeast, tablespoon of oil and salt. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste. Add the tablespoon of liquid vanilla flavor.
Beat the egg whites into the snow and gently add them to the dough.
Pour the dough into a freezer bag and cut a corner.
Using a paper towel soaked in oil, oil a nonstick skillet. Heat it over medium heat. Pour the dough by drawing a flower in the pan. Turn the flower over as soon as it is golden brown.
Serve pancakes decorated with whipped cream, raspberries and sprinkled with icing sugar.
Tip: In order to facilitate the drawing of the flower, you can pour your paste in a bottle of Ketchup or other empty, which you will have first cleaned well.
