Gaspacho presto

Gazpacho, an ideal and refreshing recipe for the whole family. And it is not so difficult to prepare, the proof with this recipe of gazpacho express.


For 4 bowls:

  • 75 cl of tomato juice
  • 1 C. fresh cream
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 C. coffee of olive oil.
  • 1 C. chopped onion menu
  • 6 chopped basil leaves.


Peel the cucumber, seed it, and the tomato. Cut their flesh into tiny cubes.
Pour the tomato juice into a bowl.
Add fresh cream, olive oil, diced tomato and cucumber. Stir in the chopped onion and basil.
Place in the refrigerator, two hours before serving.
