Cheese ice cream

Yum ! A smooth ice cream sprinkled with cocoa to be enjoyed from 18 months.


  • For 4 desserts:
  • 250 g of 40% cream cheese
  • 3 c. tablespoons sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • the juice of 1 lemon.
  • Decor: 2 tbsp. breakfast cocoa.


Pour the sugar into a saucepan with 10 cl of water and lemon juice. Bring to simmering and let cool. Mix this syrup with the cottage cheese and vanilla sugar. Let go in an ice cream maker. If you do not have one, place the ice in your freezer and stir it 3-4 times for 6 hours. Take the ice cream 10 minutes before serving. Mold into balls and sprinkle with cocoa through a colander. You can also decorate them with colorful candies.
