Broccoli, cauliflower ... here are some excellent vegetables for your pregnancy. In this recipe, they are tasted in savory gratin.
For 6 persons
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 small cauliflower
- 50 cl of cream
- grated nutmeg
- flaked almonds
Remove the largest ribs of cauliflower. Separate them into small bunches and pass them under cold water. Do the same with broccoli.
In two different pans, put a large amount of salted water to boil. Dip broccoli in one and cauliflower in the other. Let the broccoli cook for 5 minutes and the cauliflower for 12 minutes.
Drain them in a colander.
Put your vegetables on a baking sheet.
In a saucepan over low heat, let the crème fraîche reduce by half. Season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg. Pour the cream over the vegetables, some flaked almonds and put in the oven for 25 minutes. When the gratin is golden, take out of the oven and serve.
