Fish gratin

This is a dish that gives fishing! The fish in the form of gratin, everyone loves.


  • For 4 people :
  • 600 g of fish fillets of your choice (sea bream, cod, whiting, julienne ...)
  • 10 medium potatoes with firm flesh
  • 4 medium red onions
  • 4 beautiful tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 small bunch of coriander
  • 1/2 c. coffee spice mix for fish
  • 1/2 c. sweet paprika
  • 50 g of shelled hazelnuts
  • 1 bag of bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7). Rinse the nets and wipe them with paper towels. Scald the tomatoes for 1 minute then peel them. Seed them and cut them into small pieces. Wash the lemon and cut it into thin slices. Crush the hazelnuts roughly. Mix the spices and paprika.Hash the coriander. Peel the cloves of garlic and cut them in 4. Peel potatoes and onions and slice them. Grease a baking dish with half of the butter, spread the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add: garlic chips, fish fillets, spice mixture, chopped coriander, tomatoes and finally onion rings and lemon slices. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with white wine, bake 1 hour. Take out the gratin and light the oven grill. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, hazelnuts and remaining butter in strips. Leave to brown for 5 minutes on the grill. Serve hot.
