In this easy-to-make recipe, simply mix condensed milk with melted milk chocolate, cookies, chocolate chips and dried fruit, and let it all go in the refrigerator.
- 300 g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 125 g of dark chocolate chips
- 100 ml of condensed milk
- 175 g small butter, broken into small pieces
- 100 g mixed nuts, almonds and hazelnuts
Heat the condensed milk over low heat in a saucepan. Melt the milk chocolate and mix.
Remove the pan from the heat and pour the mixture into a salad bowl. Let stand until mixture is cold, but not frozen. Add the biscuits, chocolate chips and the mixture of walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts that you have previously crushed.
Oil the bottom and sides of a cake pan and line it with cling film. Pour the mixture into the pan and let it rest in the refrigerator until the mixture is firm. Unmold the cake and remove the cling film. Serve well fresh.
